Showtime EIS Offer
SHOWTIME THEATRE PRODUCTIONS is an EIS qualifying company that will produce content for the burgeoning theatre sector. The business of the Company will be to invest in theatre productions where at least 50% of the investment is provided by co- financiers. Showtime Theatre Productions will work closely with partners, including the Ambassador Theatre Group and Universal Music, to co-invest into a number of productions, which are booked to run in The West End and subsequently to tour nationally. The Showtime Theatre Productions EIS provides a diversified range of theatre productions providing full theatre tax credits and full EIS relief to investors.

New Sparta Productions Film Development SEIS Offer
NEW SPARTA PRODUCTIONS collaborates with emerging and established filmmakers to develop, produce, and finance a varied slate of feature film projects, unified in their distinctive creative vision, strong commercial potential, and international theatrical appeal. Most recently, NSF co-financed Yorgos Lanthimos’s The Killing of a Sacred Deer alongside Film4, starring Colin Farrell and Nicole Kidman. Atlantic Screen EIS Fund
THE ATLANTIC SCREEN EIS FUND will focus on three clear segments – Music Scores for Film and Television, Comic Books and TV series development. Investment funds will be used to subscribe for shares in companies operating predominantly in these segments of the industry. The aim is to focus on creating portfolios for investors which have asset backing and solid income streams, whilst also benefiting from favourable tax reliefs which are supported by the UK Government.
RLC Ventures Fund 2
